I found this mangy chair in a free pile, it was stinky, dirty and had some cat hair clumps on it. Its only redeeming feature was that it was insanely comfortable and the springs and padding were in great condition. I stripped off all of the old fabric and using outdoor fabric and a staple gun i pieced together the new upholstery. The nice thing was that the bottom wood screwed off making the fabric easy to adhere to the chair, and also making the staining of the legs very easy. It was a fast redo and turned out very nice.
